We are able to offer the chance to make an exceptional amount of money, with the record first year paycheck standing at £133,373 and record monthly paycheck totalling £138,196 our commission structure is market leading (30-50%). The majority of our management team has been organically grown from Associate Headhunters to Directors of the business highlighting our commitment to our staff’s development and providing an exciting and rare career platform with worldwide international prospects.
Training & mentorship plays an important role in an Associate Headhunters first 6 weeks. Full training of the 360 recruitment process is provided and you will be mentored by an industry expert with academic backgrounds including Cambridge and St. Andrews.
