PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Develop your discipline servicing Candidate and Client relationships with a high degree of service excellence, creating premium experiences for them.
- Develop, Maintain and Build on your sector knowledge.
- Actively encourage new business within your market sector.
- Offer 3C Synergy solutions in line with Client's brief.
- Research the market using proactive candidate sourcing methods (such as headhunting)
- Conduct high level Business Development with clients
- Attend networking events
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To achieve and maintain Key Performance activities
- Follow the recruitment process thoroughly providing an honest and ethical service at all times to Clients and Candidates
- Resource talent who match Client requirements
- Keep your market knowledge updated by regularly reading trade press, attending seminars, training sessions, networking events
- Inject creativity throughout the recruitment cycle
- Visit Clients to develop relationships and understand their requirements inside out.
- Interview Candidates to pin point the 'creme de la creme' of talent
- Get involved with 3C Synergy's charitable work towards the community

3C Synergy are the ONLY Recruitment Consultancy to achieve 'Chartered' status within Asia. We are recognized by the Chartered Institute of Building as being a professional Building Consultancy offering Recruitment solutions within the Construction industry.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
- You will be responsible for developing your specific market section, whilst generating new Clients and Candidates.
- You will be responsible for using pro-active (supported by some re-active) methods to generate and resource Candidates.
- Potential Candidates will be interviewed by you, and you will follow our strict quality checking process, ensuring their suitability for Client’s requirements.
- You will use your creative flair to source and attract talent across Asia. You will follow the recruitment process, using trouble-shooting, ‘out of the box’ thinking skills and strategies.
- You will educate yourself through using online and off-line media, on key market information and statistics.
- You will market our 3C Synergy solutions and added value services to Clients at all times assisting Client’s to build the ‘Employer of Choice’ branding.
- You will always have 1 eye on your targets and KPI’s and the other on the recruitment process.
- You will be project managing each placement from start to finish, running multiple assignments at one time, all at different stages of the recruitment process.
- You must be able to headhunt and make cold-calls to candidates and clients.
- You will be working with sales targets and maintaining multiple key activities.
Training will be provided to undertake our bespoke ‘mapping exercises’, which will form part of your weekly task.
Desired Skills and Experience
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- You MUST have the ability to multi-task
- You should be degree qualified (a degree or background within the Building, Construction, Engineering, Energy, Oil & Gas fields would be advantageous)
- Recruitment experience (Construction, Property, Real Estate and/or Oil and Gas sector would be advantageous, but not essential)
- You must be confident making sales calls and head-hunting calls (training will be provided)
- You must be confident conducting Business Development meetings (training will be provided)
You will follow a 2-part interview, where the final stages will involve you giving a presentation on a topic we issue to you.
