What’s the role?
You will be placed into a small team of high quality HR recruiters. As key client side contacts across all our divisions, we will need you to utilise first-hand knowledge of the Singapore HR industry to develop strong working relationships and effectively source suitable candidates for your client companies. Key duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Sell &  market your services to potential clients on the phone, over email and in person
  • Source and headhunt suitable candidates for your clients
  • Consult and advise your candidates and clients to ensure a best fit for both parties
  • Develop your personal brand in the market so you become a ‘go to’ person

Desired Skills and Experience

Who are we looking for?
This is vital sector for the company due to our constant interactions with HR across all divisions. You must therefore not only know the technical aspects of HR positions but also know the social and cultural norms of the sector in Singapore and be able to relate to you candidates and clients on multiple levels. In addition, we will look for you to exhibit the following:
  • At least 5 years experience working in any HR role, with a strong knowledge of both generalist and specialist functions
  • Experience in a client facing role – you will be pitching to clients regularly so need to be comfortable selling yourself and your services.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills – you’ll need to know how to grab the interest of people in your market and adapt your pitch accordingly
  • Confidence to sell your services and knowledge to clients – a strong professional network will help you a lot
  • Drive and desire to have stronger earning potential and influence
