Job description

  • Understand the culture of the company and source for potential candidates that will fit in and value add to the company
  • Work with the management team to understand the requirements of talents required in the growth of the department
  • Effectively plan ahead for success by using sourcing strategies including direct sourcing / cold calling, networking, social media, job boards to generate qualified pool of candidates
  • Help identify target companies; research and approach candidates
  • Create a repeatable and consistent pipeline management process for candidates aligned with the growth plans of SDV
  • Develop and maintain proactive relationships with future potential candidates to keep a full pipeline of candidates to meet future recruitment plans
  • Interact and communicate with all contacts in a proactive, supportive and professional manner
  • Provide Management with industry information on potential candidates

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum Degree Holder in any fields
  • 5 to 7 years of working experience in Top Headhunting firms is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, works in a consultative and insightful manner
  • Passionate about identifying people looking to make their next move or someone who may not have yet to realize there is a better place for them
  • Positive, resourceful and driven to succeed
  • Strong and confidential communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of recruiting quality candidates at scale while working on tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Experience in communicating with Senior Stakeholders
