Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or relevant qualifications 
  • Minimum 7-10 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, candidates should come from Financial Services Sector: Investment banking / Funds Management, will be ideal.
  • Has a broad bandwidth and can comfortably interact with all levels of people
  • Proven ability to source candidates through all kinds of traditional and social media tools
  • Strong interviewing skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, problem-solver, and one who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
