Senior Recruitment Consultant (Pharmaceutical & Lifescience) Berkley Group - Singapore

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our open market team in Singapore to deliver on key requirements for our pharmaceutical and related clients.

The job:
• Building on current client base by generating new business with clients within your specialism
• Advising sector clients and candidates on hiring trends and recruitment strategies
• Utilizing various databases, social media channels and your expanding network to identify the best passive and active candidates in the market
• Liaising with clients to obtain comprehensive brief of vacancies and ideal candidate profiles
• Providing an effective and innovative promotion of Berkley’s consultancy services
• Continually building and maintaining knowledge of pharmaceutical landscape

Desired Skills and Experience

Are you:
• Commercially astute with a background preferably in pharma or recruitment consultancy
• Confident dealing with people over the phone and in a face-to-face situation to convey solutions or opportunities to candidates or clients
• Proficient in the use of various Social Media channels e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, etc
• An excellent communicator with excellent telephone manner and personable disposition
• Highly driven - someone who thrives on targets and draws a great sense of satisfaction from achieving them
• Qualified in a science or engineering discipline, or experienced in a target-driven sales environment
• A problem-solver – you will enjoy working on challenging and complex projects
