RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (6 MONTH CONTRACT)
Job ResponsibilitiesThe Recruitment Consultant will support the Senior Human Resources Manager/Director of Regional Talent Acquisition in handling HR Recruitment sourcing.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
  • Ensure attraction and sourcing of a diverse workforce in the most cost effective and efficient means to meet business needs (eg. networking, advertising, referrals, agencies and social media channels) for Singapore and Thailand.
  • Support to draft and post job advertisements on various medias
  • Perform pre-screening and ad-hoc interview
  • Track applicant flow and follow up
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Manage talent acquisition project for Asia Pacific
  • Achieve performance targets on sourcing and meeting the Talent Acquisition matrix
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Possess minimum 2 to 3 years of strong recruitment experience in sourcing
  • Social media sourcing experience will be advantageous
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented with good follow-up skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding, fast paced environment & work independently

Job Scope
